Common Questions
Absolutely! We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase so up to 3 FREE FLOORING SAMPLES are available on our website, no credit card required. If additional samples are needed, don’t hesitate to reach out and we can do our best to accommodate you. Samples are not available on trim / accessories.
We sell to anyone and everyone all over the United States! You do not need to be a business, or a contractor to purchase from us.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Purchases must be paid in full, and processed before the material will be shipped / released for pickup. Valid ID may be required.
Product Care / Information
All of our products are made differently, we suggest you always check the manufacturer's directions for best cleaning recommendations for your specific product.
Returns
In the event that a purchase is cancelled, per customer request, prior to the product shipping, the customer will be responsible for a 6% processing fee deducted from the full refund.
Returns are only accepted on sealed, undamaged cartons within 30 days of delivery per warehouse manager approval. The customer is responsible for all costs needed to get the products back to the warehouse as well as a restocking fee charged by the manufacturer. No returns are accepted on trim, accessories or vents as those are custom made.
Shipping
Depending on the supplier, the floors/accessories will ship from a couple of different warehouses. Most of our floors are located in Illinois. If you are local and interested in FREE PICKUP options, send us a message and we can help with that.
After your order has been paid and processed, as long as the product is currently in stock, tracking information will be provided on your account once it has been picked up by the freight carrier.

After your order has been paid and processed, we will provide you with tracking information. Larger orders will come on pallets, and the freight company typically calls 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window. As long as the flooring is in stock, in almost all cases we can get the flooring to you in approximately 5-8 business days. Please note that weather, etc can effect the timing, and it is highly recommended to wait until the flooring has arrived to your home / business before scheduling the installation.
Please don’t let our only shipping prices scare you. The freight companies determine the shipping costs, and they can vary daily. With that being said we prefer to get you a CUSTOM SHIPPING QUOTE from our warehouse to your location to help keep the pricing down for you! Please email us at GetMyFloors2@gmail.com with the product, quantity and shipping address and we can get that for you!
If you have only purchased a couple of items, those typically are delivered through UPS, FedEx or SpeeDee and will not require a signature.
If your purchase is arriving on a pallet the freight company will typically call 24-48 hours prior to schedule the delivery with you, and then a window of time will be given. In that case someone would need to be there to sign for the delivery
If it is only a couple of cartons / trim pieces and no signature is required it will be left at your front door. If you have a scheduled delivery with the freight company they will use a liftgate to lower the pallets to the ground for you. They will then leave the pallets on your driveway or in your garage (only if easily accessible) whichever you prefer. Please ensure there is adequate room available in your garage prior to their arrival. In the rare event it is not possible to get up / down your driveway, the drivery may need to leave the pallet near the street or sidewalk.
Please note that any additional services that you approve at the time of the delivery, beyond what you paid for, may require an additional cost.
